Our Story

Lux Department was created in 2014 by a family that felt it was necessary to fill the gaps other retailers in the industry were leaving wide open. Co-owner Parker grew up with a father who was an hospitality manager, and at a young age was always surrounded by people and wanted to put a smile on their faces.

After over 20 years of working with his father, it became clear that he wanted to get into the field of home entertainment. With an expertise and passion that is unteachable, he knew he could provide the highest quality product, and best customer service on the market.
